Registration Packets may be picked up on Friday in the Hotel Lobby from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

First Session begins at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday
•
Full Forum Registration includes: * Friday Night Hospitality * Saturday Seminars * Saturday Lunch Buffet * Saturday Dinner Buffet with Speaker/Entertainer.

Anyone planning to attend any of the seminars/meals will require a full registration.
•
No tickets are needed or issued for any of the events – your name will be on a list.
•
Casual Attire. Please be sure to wear your name tag at all events.
•
If you’re planning to attend the Guiding Lion sessions please indicate below in checkbox.

An optional Trivia Event on Saturday Night will require a separate registration form.

Maplewood Lions Club is sponsoring our 85th annual Easter Egg Hunt at 1 pm sharp at the Lions Pavilion in Deer Creek Park South (Rocket Park) for ages 0-12 years of age.
